The Text To Speech (TTS) engine is restarted, if it does not respond for five seconds. This is helpful when the engine is unable to send speech (.wav file) to the App using TTS service. The most common cause for this is very long sentence due to missing punctuation marks. It is more likely to occur on low end Android devices with slow CPU. It can also occur for other reasons, such as text in other languages or bad Unicode characters.
