After serious war of Pol Pot had been finished in 1979. Cambodia have been developing human resource in all fields. Construction and Architecture was being considerate to rescue the country after destroyed from Pol Pot regime. In order to rescue, government was strongly support Ministry of Education and Youth for educating young generation with national and international training. 23 years later, in 2002, Cambodia has been recognized as a developing country; at the meanwhile, this country really need qualify people to apply for market needed. A group of Architects had been formed to reply the market with qualify people in this careers.

During the economic crisis affected to the world and more or less also affected to Cambodia in 2007. This group of Architect still sustained their business and intensified aim and became an Architect And Engineering. As a result we got many more projects both in private and public sector. Recognition was being spread-out to social and make this group growth to another qualify group.

PL Consultant was found and recognized in 2011. Many construction had been build up to make this country simplify as European both construction site and decoration. A few high building was built in Phnom Penh city which many people started changing their living style from normal to modernize; therefore, PL Construction added decoration services and became PL Construction AND Decor in 2013.

Founded in 2014, KP Construction & Decor Co., Ltd. a company of choice in construction and Decor was licensing with registration number co. 3759 k11/2014 on December 17, 2014 with 20,000,000 riel in registration. Recently, we occupy our qualify employee insisted of architects, civil engineering, information technology etc. Moreover, we extensively cooperated with international company which recognition as grade A from China, Shenzhen XINYIHUA Architecture Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd

Reputation and Recognition have been increasingly popular via PL Construction AND Decor; thus, company have been registered from ministry of commercial as KP Construction & Decor Co.,Ltd. since 2014.
