MaintainPad is a flexible, user friendly Cloud based platform designed for businesses and trade people who carry out general and regular maintenance. Every medium to large scale business that has fire alarms, gas and electric run heating, electronic equipment, tools, vehicles or assets that need regular repair and maintenance can benefit from using our Maintai Pad and manage their contractors ,staff and customers etc.

This app is developed to manage all the data related to customer enquiries, staff management, stock and statistical analysis.

The idea of the application is that whenever an enquiry or work request is sent by the customer, it will be shown to the manager, the manager assigns it to the staff depending upon the nature of the request. In parallel staff management system will also manage the staff.
