MASA (Multi-Agency Services Application)

The Multi Agency Service Application (MASA) is an innovative app that uses technology to create a virtual hub. The MASA virtual hub enables users to connect to and refer clients to Social, Health, Education and Justice services, based on their unique needs.

The MASA app was designed to provide the following service:

• Provide detailed services for each service provider including location, opening hours, distance and cost

• Enables access to a database of services

• GPS technology can ensure referrals within the individual and families locality or residential address

• Tracking of referrals by user or provider and service user

• Evaluation and reporting with updates, feedback and alerts

• 24/7 access to translation services

• 24/7 access to all emergency and refuge services

• A dashboard that will inform of referral outcomes and measure effectiveness

• Monitoring of duplication of service delivery to service user
