The Simat, as a digital part of the Ministry of Education, allows the automatic process of enrollment in schools and institutions to improve the tasks of enrollment, quota allocation and enrollment itself.

The Integrated Enrollment System (Simat) is the tool that centralizes, organizes and controls the information of students and teachers so that the enrollment process can take place correctly at any stage, place and to be able to optimize the decisions of each center regarding its students. .

The Simat manages the registration of students from all official institutions, facilitating the registration of students who enter for the first time, but also recognition of former students.

Therefore, the Simat is responsible for registering and updating the student's data and allows the student to be consulted by institution and transfer to another institution, among other functions.

To verify that a student is in the Simat, those responsible for the educational establishment must verify it and carry out the following steps:

Step 1: Enter the Simat web portal by clicking here.

Step 2: Enter the username and password assigned to the center

Step 3: On the screen, select the Registration option.

Step 4: A form will be displayed to enter the data of the student to consult

Step 5: The identification document number is entered

Step 6: The system will report if the student is enrolled in the Simat
