MDR Jump is an entertainment radio program from Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk, whose radio format is also known as Adult Contemporary. The target group are adults between the ages of 20 and 49. Music is non-stop here, interrupted only by hourly news and half-hourly service (traffic and weather). The MDR Jump program is broadcast around the clock.

In the MA Audio 2018 I published on March 28, 2018, MDR Jump was able to jump to 18th place among the most listened to stations in Germany with an increase in ratings of +28,000 and thus a listener base of 288,000 listeners per average broadcast hour. In purely mathematical terms, however, MDR Jump remains the most listened-to station in East Germany.
