They can see your credentials, bio, and schedule, and directly request an appointment through the platform. You will see the details of that appointment and be able to accept the request and securely communicate with the patient. Patients are billed as soon as the appointment is complete, absolving you of worrying about invoices and late payments. You can also do your charting directly on the platform as MediSeen is completely PHIPA, HIPAA, and PIPEDA compliant.
