Thank you for your feedback. With the current update we have redesigned the input dialog of the trip planner: You can now type in origin and destination on one view. In the app settings, you can still specify whether the starting location should be automatically preset or not. For IAA and Oktoberfest, you will find an additional menu item in the main menu.
