The MyPOMCO Health mobile app provides you with access to tools and resources to help you lead an active, healthy lifestyle. The MyPOMCO Health mobile app includes:

- A food and fitness tracker that allows you to record the food you eat and your daily activities

- A wide variety of digital health coaching programs, including programs to manage your weight, lower your cholesterol, maintain a healthy pregnancy, or quit smoking

- The ability to store your current and past medicine information for convenient reference when at the doctor, hospital, or pharmacy

- Access to a brief health risk assessment to identify potential risk factors and provide support for making positive changes to modifiable behaviors that could put you at risk for illness

- The ability to track and monitor earned incentives, if applicable, based on your employer's wellness program
