The document viewer now offers enhanced navigation with next and back arrows for easier switching between multiple documents. Clients can view the status of future transactions like renewals, cancellations, and updates directly from the policy interface. A new feature allows selecting one or more policies from a dropdown menu when creating a support ticket. Additionally, performance and user experience improvements have been made for accessing the “Add/View New Claims” or “Request” pages.
