New features:
added pull to refresh feature on next screens: Students, Assessments, Add students to assessment;
sort students by first or last name;
share report button added to student skill sets screen;
Bug fixes:
reporting feature issue, when recent grades were not synced;
add students to assessment screen, if you go to previous screen - changes were discarded;
issue with assigning student same grade.
