- Support notification channels and channel settings
- More reliable notifications in Android 8+

Notes:
- You may have to readjust the "Hide when disconnected", "Show on lock screen" and other settings to suite your needs on devices with Android 8+.
- "Hide when disconnected", on Android 8+, does not hide the notification, instead shows an empty notification due to restrictions on background services. You can adjust the notification by enabling "Disconnected" notification channel.
