How do you define a good night? Is it something you have to spend with someone? Maybe a loved one? Is it the kind of night you get to spend on your own?

We all have our own definitions of good night. Night is one of the best times each day where we get to dive into silence, when we can finally tell ourselves it’s time to be silent and still. When we can tell our bodies they did good for today and now they can lie down and rest.

Night is when we pay extra attention to our minds, spirit and subconscious and allow our mind and body to be one with the silent night. A sound sleep sounds like an easy thing to do but you don’t actually sleep well until your mind and body puts the tiring responsibilities aside and enters dreamland.
