Born and raised in Pakistan, Chef Ali became interested in the culinary arts during early childhood. Watching his mother cook his favorite food was his favorite past-time and he got hooked onto the idea of cooking delicious food. Being in the center of a rich heritage and culture, Ali is well versed in cooking delicious Pakistani food.

The fresh food and spice markets of Karachi were a huge inspiration for Ali and his blossoming career.

Arriving in Texas almost 20 years ago, Ali has gained invaluable experience working in some of the finest restaurants in the food industry before coming up with his own venture, Pakistan’s Taste. He aims at providing authentic and delicious food, exceptionally friendly and professional service and a sincere approach to all his customers.

Ali continuous to grow as a chef, endlessly inspired and excited by his travels and the satisfaction that he see’s on his customers face.
