PEF monitoring process shift manual to android based automation software. Monitoring teams submit/update the data real time during the field work and dashboard of this application presents the data in customized formats, timely and less effort in terms of data analytics.

4. After the authentication of user, user can be synch the real time school information through internet connection of particular school after successful synched information store locally in Tab storage.

5. User can be able to submit/update the monitoring form by the respective program of monitoring online or offline.

6. All information will be effected on PEF centralized Database after final posting of data to be submit/update.

7. After posting the information, data will be represented in PEF Dashboard on basis of format provided by PEF.

8. Monitoring form submits in versioning basis and should be able load last update version or later on depends on user requirement, so it’s may less work next time of monitoring.
