Raghuvir Shell is most advance and iconic project for the first time in India.

This project is most advance and iconic project for the first time in India on the basis of “form based architecture”. The residence is for high profile people. The project is located in Surat and it connects two major well known roads that are Dumas road & VIP road.

The form of Shell is composed to vertical and horizontal elements. The character of shell is mainly identified by curvature in all four directions. This character is very much reflected in the design of “Raghuvir Shell”.

Raghuvir Shell is a green building project and its construction is going to be of RO water.
