Added separate video play and audio settings for videos saved on device.
Optimized video player to improve performance by a bit.
Fixed bug that would sometime cause the video player to continue playing audio after scroll away.
Fixed a bug where the image of the video still shows up in gallery after it was deleted.
Updated bottom information bar to better match the colour theme.
Changed save indicator background colour to be a little darker.
Changed status bar colour to match the top action bar.
