Update to try and resolve some log-in issues that prevent the app from staying logged in. Numerous minor bug fixes.

★ Changed storage for login data to make it more durable
★ Fixed issue with Android not being able to add images to call
★ Fixed issue with Call Protocols not showing
★ Lots of other minor bug fixes and enhancements
