Anyone from the age of 12 can ride Scoob-e, you don’t need a driver’s license or helmet. Scoob-e is easy to use and fully electric, you don’t even need to pedal to get around. The battery is detachable so you can charge it at the socket wherever you are. The range is 40 km with speed of up to 25 km/h. Scoob-e can be parked anywhere and used in bicycle approved areas.
