What's new in the latest 3.10.1

This is a major upgrade. The citation index database is now installed from Google Play as an Asset Pack (previously it would download from a BYU server). You can also have both English and Spanish packs installed at the same time and easily switch between languages. We have implemented a complete overhaul of UI to use Material You. There are many performance and stability improvements, along with new features for filtering the index and browsing by speaker. 3.10.1 fixes minor bugs.
