Shout! Is a messaging app that allows you to communicate with those around you (range of about 20km!) - and you don't have to have them on your contacts list! If you are looking for classmates to work with or just want to make new friends, just send a Shout and see who replies!

Shouts will send notifications to everyone within your vicinity and they can also Shout - or they can privately message you back. If you just want to send a broadcast, but not get any private messages, you can send your messages anonymously!
