  1. Pair their SimplyGo EZ-Link and EZ-Link cards via NFC scanning to add them to their SimplyGo account; and
  2. Go through a one-time* identity verification via Singpass (MyInfo) to add or block their SimplyGo EZ-Link and EZ-Link cards via the SimplyGo app
  *Users who have gone through MyInfo verification before on the SimplyGo app need not do so again
