Soft Screen Off

- Added an option to lock the device when turning screen off : user must allow device administrator permission for this function and must use PIN to unlock the screen later on. If user choose not to lock device, the screen is turned off using timeout method.
- Screen on button added for those who have Always On Display (such as in Samsung Galaxy S7), just double tap it to turn the screen on !
