* Removed the permissions popup.
* Corrected the time window formatting in Basic Setup.
* Removed the Model Setup tab.
* No longer require camera and picture permissions.
* The Bluetooth Devices screen now requires Bluetooth permissions.
* Fixed Dashboard sticking to one telemetry display type when connected to a Promoto.
* Fixed a permissions-related crash when reading firmware update files.
* Added DX3 MT support.
* Updated DX3 firmware to 1.11.11
