O [Substratum] Streamlined Light

Just Simple.

This theme only works from Substratum app both Legacy and OMS are supported,

Streamlined, a new theme from SnN. Making icon design a mesh between simplicity and style, We aim to cover all possible icons that are themeable. We present to you this free light base where you can preview all the icons if you hesitate to buy Dark base. There is no compromise between light and dark base for icons:)

Oreo related fixes in Systemui
Added new switch thumb styles(Re-apply framework/Android System overlay).
Attempt to fix Systemui Crash on N Roms. Remove and re-apply Systemui and Status bar and if still crashes contact me on telegram @gurupreet88
