SWC Tracker

Sector Working Condition Tracker (SWC Tracker) is a software that tracks salaries on a sector by sector basis and how they have change over time. This information is meant for use by stakeholder in the labor industry for decision making or when having salary negotiations. Stakeholders in this case refers to parties involved in the the collective bargaining (CBA) process namely the bargaining council, employer representative and employee representative (trade unions).

SWC Tracker tracks the following information 1. Agreed salaries on a grade by grade basis 2. Consumer Price Index (CPI Index) or inflation and its impact on salaries 3. Trend in salaries over a period of time so as to give analytics on whether agreed salaries are benefitting the stakeholders.

SWC Tracker packages this information in terms of charts and graph and FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) so that interested parties can easily understand the information and use it for decision making
