0.3.5 beta:
- Edited what the app looks like while loading server or when no servers are set
- Added 'Auto Reload' feature in the settings (enabled by default)
- Fixed version number not showing up properly in Play Store (0.3 was displayed as 0.2.5)

- Moved loading components to different thread to get rid of ANR's
- Added MultiDex support
