TENYouth (Talent Enterprises Need: Youth) is a mentoring app for structuring and supporting mentee mentor in-person interactions over a defined developmental cycle with the goal of raising productivity by upgrading behavioral (or non-cognitive) skills such as reliability, problem solving, future orientation, and positive relations. A side benefit is to identify young leaders that show ability to develop talent.
