VapothermAccess+

Vapotherm Access+ allows users of the Vapotherm Access COPD monitoring and nurse triage services to schedule and participate in secure, on demand virtual visits with a health care provider on your iOS/Android device.

Registered users schedule a virtual urgent care or general medical visit by calling the Vapotherm Access Contact Center and receive an individual appointment link by email or SMS.

Clicking on the appointment link will launch the Vapotherm Access+ App and allow access to the scheduled, secure virtual visit with a US-licensed health care provider, who can help diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication when needed.

The Vapotherm Access+ App allows patients to:

- Click a link from an appointment invitation to prepare for a virtual visit

- Enter demographic information

- Complete medical questionnaires and consent forms

- Provide insurance or payment information

- Consult with a health care provider

The App is simple to use, and support is provided.

A fee may apply, and you can choose to provide insurance information or agree to pay the health care provider directly for the visit encounter.
