WRITEitRIGHT is a quick reference tool for medical clinicians and practitioners working in Australian hospital settings. The application provides a directory of common clinical terms and diagnoses, which can be used when documenting a patient’s condition. It is intended to support the clear, accurate and complete documentation of patient medical records.

The terms included in this application have been drawn from the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, Tenth Revision, Australian Modification (ICD-10-AM).

WRITEitRIGHT is not an end-to-end diagnostic product, and users may need to refer to other material during the recording process. It is a standalone tool and has not been designed for integration into any other system. Clinicians and practitioners should seek guidance from their organisation about appropriate record management practices.
