This free Android application is the first Farsi program of its kind for self-training and workout including butt and legs, total body, stretches, strength, core and torso and abdominals workout for various body types and ages.

The application presented is a great tool to use for people who are interested in weight loss, muscle gain and overall strength increases. It consists of performing multiple exercises on multiple body parts in a row with little rest in between exertions consistent with circuit training steps.

Circuit training maximizes caloric burn and works the cardiovascular system by keeping students moving, not allowing them for long rest periods between exercises. Circuits are conducive to large group trainings because everyone is moving from station to station in the same direction. All body parts are trained in one session, and therefore, exercisers do not need to work out every day.
