Fixed a couple instances where pictures for a project were no longer available.

No longer allows the deletion of any feature, break line, step, etc that contains points referenced by other points.

The point properties page now lists any points that are known to reference the displayed point.

Some reformatting of the HTML report. Moved warnings to just below the description/comments in the HTML report file to make them more visible.

Minor fixes and improvements.
