Wet dreams is the slipping of semen from the male during sleep without the person's will, also known as "nocturnal ejaculation", and it is a very common condition among teenage boys and young men who have not yet married. Wet dreams usually occur during deep sleep and can be accompanied by or without a sexual dream.

There is no specific treatment for wet dreams, but it is important to maintain a healthy diet, exercise regularly, reduce stress and anxiety, and a person who suffers from wet dreams can reduce it by following some general guidelines.

As for the conditions for washing after a wet dream, they are as follows:

1- It is obligatory to take a shower after a wet dream, and not suffice with cleaning with water only.

2- It is recommended to use a special body soap for general cleaning, and a special soap can be used for the sensitive area.

3- The body must be dried well after showering, especially the sensitive area, to avoid the formation of bacteria and unpleasant odors.

4- Underwear should be changed after wet dreams, and clean and dry clothes should be used.

5- It is advised not to use shared towels, and to use a clean towel for each individual.

6- You should refrain from touching the sensitive area with your hands after showering to avoid transmitting bacteria and diseases.

7- It is recommended to take a shower as soon as possible after having a wet dream, to avoid the accumulation of bacteria and unpleasant odors.
