- Added: "AND" relationships between keywords. Now you can say you want to be notified only if a post contains "thing one" AND "thing two"!

- Added: "Reset All" button so you can delete all your notification subscriptions and "start over" in the app

- Bug fix: you can now add users who have never posted, and subreddits with zero posts in them

- Bug fix: better handling of quotation marks in keywords
