• Fixed menu visibility issue on Android L

• Access the calculator by swiping left on main screen. Swipe right to hide it.
• Calculator mode setting made more visible. Many didn't know about it.
• Removed voice search and microphone permission. That permission caused more bad than good, raising privacy concerns.
• Updated themes, colors, icons and surface corners to give the app a more modern feel.
