Health systems use the Applauz RatingsTM App to give patients transparency on who their care team is with the ability to provide feedback on their experience with each individual team member in real time.

Personalized digital beacons are assigned and worn by individuals on a care team. Once they get near a patient, a message is sent to the patient through the Applauz App on the patient’s personal smart device, asking them to rate their individual care experience and provide feedback.

Patients can review the total rating score for each of their care team members, from the front desk and tech’s, to their nurse’s and doctor’s. The Applauz App gives patients transparency into who is providing their care, while giving them the ability to voice their overall experience through specific individual ratings along their patient journey, conveniently through their personal device’s.
