Performance enhancements
* Significant reductions in the volume of data during sync in order to reduce
user waiting time when using the app
* Users should experience an improvement in app performance.

Behavioural fixes
* Completed Tasks now appear correctly in the Completed list.
* Fixed intermittent disappearance of the “Add Activity” button for tasks.
* Users should only receive Task Completed notifications for Alarm Response tasks
