Auto Launcher

- apps will only be launched at boot time

Initial release.

Features:
- Auto hide the apps after they are finished booting. This is particularly useful for apps that sign you in to a service.
- Adjustable timeout. Some apps take longer to boot than others, so you can speed up or slow down the delay between apps.
