Release 1.4 is a small release focusing on some maintenance items based on feedback from the application users.

- Start with the Menu open when first opening the application
- Show map of Advisory directly from the Advisories page
- Reorder some layers in the layer tool
- Swap the Layers and Basemaps tools on the map
- Improve legend look and feel
