Binary Converter

Binary Converter is a simple application that allows you to easily convert numbers between decimal, binary, hexadecimal, octal and any other positional numeral system (currently between base 2 and base 36 inclusive). This app even allows you to convert negative numbers using two's complement.

Currently only positive and negative integers are supported, but I am considering adding support for decimal numbers in a future update. I am also considering adding support for the conversion of ASCII characters.
