Blue Sky Corporation was founded in 1999 and engaged in grocery retail and Asian Cuisine business. In 2007, the first Blue Sky supermarket was opened in North York Toronto with focus on serving the need of growing number of ethnic Canadians, as well as those seeking for universal food tastes.
