Campaign Sheet for ODD

- In game mode, the app will lock previous checkmarks and show you the number of checkmarks earned directly on the sheet.
- In game mode, you can only check the items relevant to the dungeon you played.
- You can still manually edit the sheet from the Hero card in the list if you make a mistake.

- Fixed issue with Campaign Sheet not showing proper wording for First Aid section (on tablet or landscape phone)
