Enhanced graphic annotations for pictures, background images or blank canvas embedded in HTML forms: zoom, move, undo/redo and clear the annotations.

NOTE: In order to simplify the understanding and for consistency with the shift of PlanetPress Connect to HTML format, annotation tools for PDF documents have been removed.
