CAR ASYST - Audi analysis App

- The Audi e-tron is now supported!
- Redesign Vehicle Functions and split in two categories VEHICLE FUNCTIONS and SERVICE FUNCTIONS displayed on separate tabs.
- Add an icon in front of Measured Values that shows the type: Textual, Graphical or SubValues.
- CAR ASYST can be started also with Landscape orientation.
- New option was added to Sensor Settings: 'Video (without audio)'.
