Alerts:
Notifications will now be sent out the day before an alert when possible
Proper multi-day alert support
Date range of the alert now shown in the notification
Fixed reliability issue where notifications would sometimes not send out

Flag Status:
Now shows when it was last updated
Added refresh button

About Flags:
"Resources" renamed to "About Flags"
Content updated and improved

Settings button moved from Alerts tab to Home tab
