In the heart of the city, a 100% electric self-service bicycle system

The city of Carcassonne opened a 100% electric self-service bicycle system in December 2020. Designed to encourage the use of soft modes and meet the daily travel needs of students, working people, tourists and seniors, this system consists of a fleet of 50 electrically assisted bicycles open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This system consists of 5 charging stations in the heart of the city (unlocking, locking and recharging) and 5 virtual stations in the suburban area (unlocking and removal).

Accessing device location is now required only for specific features.
Directions to selected station using Google Maps.
Edit privacy settings right in your profile.
Dial customer support directly from the app (working hours are the same as via chat).
Due to security reasons, minimum supported Android version raised to 5.1.
