New features:
- New dungeon level 3, with new monsters and new items
- Added guild quests
- Reset stats from guild view
- Teleport to the city on level 2 and 3

Balance:
- Reduced costs of joining other guilds
- Loss only half the experience of current level when die
- Improved damage of some weapons

Other:
- Red color on what stat you need in guilds requirements
- Added and fixed some texts and translations
- Bug fixes
