DHIS2 Capture

This is a patch version that fixes:
- Working lists aren't applied even when active.
- Cannot navigate to event details or sync event after navigating back from details.
- Login error in landscape.
- Data entry not saving more than one value.
- Incorrect workflow of Org unit when creating event.
- Crash when rotating device in settings activity.
- Option set not working well in data set if the code of option contains character "_".
