4.01: Bug fix from version 4.00

4.00:
1) Corrected error identified by a user in ST-segement page in the "Learn" section.

2) App size cut in half by switching from .JPG to .webp format for images(23 mb down to 11 mb!!!!! This is also a bug fix for memory errors and reduces image loading lag in "Quiz section".

3) Implemented interstitial ads with a no-strings-attached feature to easily disable all ads.
