The Plakos Academy's apps help you prepare online for your intermediate and final exams to become a retail salesperson. Written exams:

- Part 1 of the extended final examination (formerly intermediate examination):

The first part awaits you after the second year of your apprenticeship and includes the examination areas of sales and advertising, merchandise management and costing as well as economics and social studies. Questions about advice and sales, accounting or marketing will be asked.

- Part 2 of the extended final exam:

At the end of the last year of your training, your theoretical skills will be tested in the examination field Business Processes in Retail. It gets quite complex here, because at the end of your training you have to be able to combine your knowledge from different subjects and see the big picture. In addition to the pure sale, this also includes, for example, the possibilities and application of price policy measures or the efficient deployment of personnel and their planning.
